3 You are expected at the agreed time

to your apartment (or to another location defined together, see section Services ) for key collection.

Advantage : You do not need to contact a third party. Your one and only contact is Little Suite from start to finish.

Little Suite attaches great importance to the quality of the apartments offered and to the comfort of its customers.

Therefore, before suggesting any property, we will always impose a strict selection process based on criteria such as location or quality of accommodation (furnishings, decoration and general condition).

And in order to ensure total transparency with our customers, Little Suite gives you the opportunity to rate your stay.

So, when booking, you can consult the views of customers who have already stayed in the apartment you wish to rent and see see what they think. You can also leave your opinion for future customers!

How can I rent a Little Suite property?

It's so simple. Enter your search criteria on the site home page and the search engine will automatically select the matching apartments. You can also choose to refine your search by price, customer review or equipment required.
You can also view all of our apartments by clicking on the 'Apartments' tab located at the top of every page.
Once you have chosen your apartment, you can make your booking and payment directly on the site. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail containing the rental agreement.

How do I pay?

You can make your secure payment directly from the Little Suite website.
We will debit a downpayment of 25% the day you make your booking. The balance of the rent as well as the extra services you have chosen will be automatically debited 48 hours prior to your arrival.

If you wish to make a telephone booking, we will require a cheque or bank transfer. The booking will only be deemed valid once these elements have been received.

When and how must I pay the deposit?

The deposit amount is indicated on the descriptive sheet for each apartment.
When you make your online payment for the booking, we will conduct a direct debit authorisation for the sum. It will not be debited at that moment.
On the day of departure, an inventory of your apartment will be conducted. If any deliberate damage or theft is detected, we will debit the sums owed.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, when you make your booking on the Little Suite website you will receive an invoice by e-mail.

Must I take out accommodation insurance to rent an apartment?

No, our insurance covers damage to the possessions of the tenant and occupants from fire, explosions or water. The tenant's possessions are also insured in the event of accidents.

How long can I stay?

The minimum rental period is 2 nights.
There is no maximum duration. You can rent an apartment for as long as you wish.

Will I be able to extend my stay?

You can extend your stay, provided that the apartment is available on the dates required. Make sure you request this as quickly as possible.

How can I collect the keys of the rental property?

A Little Suite representative will be waiting for you at your accommodation at the time agreed when you made your booking.
You can change this time up to 24 hours before your arrival be sending us an e-mail.
In the event of unexpected delay, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone (extra charges could be invoiced to you if several trips are required).
You can also choose to have your keys delivered to your workplace (within a 15km radius of Lille). This service will cost you an extra €15 (see the 'Services' section).

How can I cancel a booking?

In order to cancel a booking, you must inform Little Suite by e-mail or letter as early as possible.
If you cancel 15 days prior to your arrival, the balance of your rent will not be debited. However, Little Suite will retain the downpayment.
In the event of cancellation less than 15 days prior to your arrival, you must pay the entire cost of your stay.
You may also take out cancellation/curtailment insurance in order to be compensated in the event of cancellation, even if belated.

What should if something gets damaged or if I break something during my stay?

The first thing to do is to inform Little Suite. We will then contact our insurer who will handle the case.
For low-value items which do not belong to us (under €65), the simplest thing to do will be to replace the item or to arrange payment of the cost of the broken item directly with us.
If it is a valuable item, the insurance taken out by Little Suite covers damage to movable and immovable assets in the property up to €2287 (with a €65 excess)
